### Clinical Artificial Imagination

MACI (Medical Artificial Cognitive Imagination) is not an LLM, but our proprietary reasoning layer. Rather than retrieving what already exists, it imagines what could happen: starting from the patient's state, it envisions their possible clinical futures for each decision considered, and keeps the one that best balances benefit and risk. Like an experienced clinician, it looks ahead before acting.

We unify the world's biomedical knowledge, peer-reviewed literature, clinical ontologies, and multi-omics, into a single structured foundation. Not a database to search, but a living memory of the state of the art of medical science, built to reason and not merely retrieve.

### Healthcare Compliance

All patient data is de-identified upon ingestion. It is hosted exclusively on healthcare-data certified servers and never leaves this secure perimeter. No audio file is retained after processing. All data is encrypted at rest and end-to-end.
